It’s about a brighter future where the voices of our remarkable women shape our beloved motherland’s destiny. To the incredible women of India – our spirit is unstoppable! Our strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit has paved the way for a more inclusive and empowered India.

🇮🇳

Let this be a reminder that when we stand together, there’s no challenge too great, no dream too ambitious. Cheers to a future where every woman’s potential is recognized, respected, and realized. We will continue the fight to safeguard & seek assured representation of OBC women!”

Jairam Ramesh, member of Parliament tweeted as

“The Congress Party moved amendments to the Women’s Reservation Bill last night in the Rajya Sabha. These amendments would have ensured: 1. Implementation of the reservation from the 2024 Lok Sabha elections itself. 2. Reservation for OBC women in addition to the reservation for women belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. Either of these amendments are eminently doable. Both were rejected. The BJP stands exposed on its REAL intentions. Delimitation and Census are poor excuses for postponement. The whole exercise was to create an election issue for a jaded and about-to-be-faded PM without actually implementing it.”
